3.) Personal phone number
4.) Personal email address
5.) Level of experience (in years or months if applicable)*

Membership will be awarded after attendance to 5 sunday Services meetings. Giving our members a a chance to get to know you and vice versa.

*Don't worry if you're just a beginner listing that you have less than a month of experience allows us to pull from our membership to find a mentor to best suit your skill level.
